Stress, sickness, death and financial loss is the number one cause of divorce so make sure your foundation is strong.  Make a habit of reminding your loved one just how important they are to you every day.  Ensure that you forgive mistakes that all of us make in life and live a life free from anger, resentment, jealousy, envy, and replace these thoughts with love, affection, helping another, writing a short note of how you feel about the person you can text today if your phone is updated.
