You could say we’re accidental bloggers. We started out purely to let our owners know how their animals were on the trip and to share some of the incredible or funny things that happened on our journeys. Since starting and being amazed by the reception some of the stories received and the variety of people who are interested. We’ve become hooked on the community and by the stories other people have to tell about the animals in their lives and the positive effects they can have. Also by the passion so many bloggers have in bettering the lives of animals and wildlife around the planet. It is humbling.

I think the reason I started blogging was for the challenge and the adventure of it. But then it took on a life of its own because of all the wonderful people I met (like you) in the blogosphere. Now I can’t stop. Each day holds a new adventure and I can’t wait to see what my fellow bloggers have to say. I’ve learned so much! Thanks for asking, Melody.

I started blogging because I wanted to keep a record of the silly things my puppy did as she was growing up and also to be able to share them with family and friends back home. It turned into an enjoyable little hobby too.

GREAT photo, Melody! I started blogging for a couple of reasons–(a) I wanted to continue to hone my writing skills and (b) I found myself telling so many silly stories about my canine crew, that I thought it would be fun to share. I never imagined how wonderful, warm and welcoming a community I would find in the blogosphere. It’s been a fabulous experience….
