Reblogged from Where the Dolphins Swim:
This is truly one of the most beautiful and moving stories I have heard or seen in a long time. A few days ago, an injured dolphin approached divers in what appeared to be a plea for help. The incident took place during a manta ray dive in Kona, Hawaii. The poor dolphin's flipper was wrapped in fishing line and appeared to have a hook stuck as well.

Oh my, thank you so much for posting this. It is simply wonderful (not that the dolphin was in the predicament in the first place but that it came looking for help). God bless this wonderful planet.

I saw this earlier, and wept… The issues of nets in our oceans continues, after DECADES, to be a tremendous issue for these amazing creatures (and whales, etc.). Thank goodness for these wonderful people.

Seems our most fragile world is crying out for a few human warriors to be brave step up and be a human angel as each of us can make a difference. I love sharing stories how people can become a human angel for another human or animal in our most fragile world. Love your blog too! Take care.
