Guess How Many Bales Came Off Our 10 Acres?

Please leave a comment with your guess. Fifty Five pound bales!

We can’t feed this hay to our donkeys and horses as it is full of weeds and is too high in sugar/protein. One day GOD will bless us and we can grow our own low sugar/protein hay, weed free. We stay in faith, this hay had no irrigation as our farm is not setup yet to irrigate and soon the irrigation will be turned off as Washington State is suffering with a drought.

GOD bless you and your family two and four-legged!

Field is not what we will plant. It is alfalfa, fescue, some orchard, weeds, clover and more. Can’t use it donating all of it. Donkeys cant eat high sugar and protein hay they get abscesses, fat cresty neck, tummy and laminitis or founder and can die. Low sugar hay coming in below 10% is recommended and a slow feeder.

Heather, you guessed 730 bales. WOW!!!! We were able to get 710 bales with no irrigation poured on the 10 acres. First cutting. You must have a farm. Congratulations on your guess!
Wow, I am impressed with your guess. 🙂
