Happy Easter “Its Not Over, Never Give Up”

Thank you Jesus!

New beginnings often spring out of painful endings. Who has not seen a person lose a job, only in time to discover a career? Or lose a relationship, only in time to discover a true and lasting romance? Or lose an exaggerated ego, only to discover an authentic life?

Prayers

Did you know that praying to GOD is just like talking to a friend?

Yes. God in Jesus Christ name is waiting for us to talk to him. God wants us to reach out for the smallest things such as a parking spot. God loves his children all of his children. No person is perfect. God created us and he understands we all make mistakes. God forgives us the minute we ask for forgiveness. God gives us the courage and strength to never give up when things get way too difficult.  Never give up!

Like many people I was not a christian until later in my life. God has always been with me this I know for sure. God waits for his children to come to him “free will” and when we come he shows us exactly the right blessings, miracles, and even bible verse when we open the bible. As we grow with Jesus prayers are not answered so fast. God wants to see if we will wait and not complain while waiting.

I have learned that GOD in Jesus Christ name can plant a dream, seed, interest, desire inside of our mind but the final outcome can take days, weeks, months and years. The blessing is on its way the minute we trust GOD and pray.  Please understand we will never get every prayer answered.  Pain and suffering is all part of the world we live in as this is not heaven.

I am physically disabled but I have never stopped learning, sharing and enjoying my life. While I was stuck going to physical therapy for three years after surviving the semi-truck accident it hurt, I did not want to go. Three years is a very long time.  I was not strong enough to hold my bible. My husband gave me the bible series MAX Mclean bible so I could listen to the bible in bed. I prayed and prayed and when it was time to lift weights to increase my strength and muscles from atrophy I wore my horse and donkey riding gloves. I share this personal memory to help the person reading this blog post never give up. Its very hard to never give up and easy to give up. The end result will be better if we do not give up on life. A smile is everything to a person suffering. A prayer from you to the person suffering will give this person strength. Praying is truly a beautiful gift from Jesus Christ.

Why wear equine riding gloves to physical therapy?

My dream, goal was most difficult to ride again with large screws in my pelvis, broken ribs, a body that is simply shattered. For me visualizing riding again gave me strength. Perhaps this will help you in some way, thus why I am sharing. I had to see myself strong enough to ride again, my horse/donkey riding gloves did this for me.

Eight years later;

I no longer get to trail ride or ride for long time frames but I do get to ride. I do get to train others to train the donkey via E-VIDEOS worldwide. Select http://www.donkeywhisperer.com/onlinetrainingcourse.htm to see our DONKEY 101 training series. I am now selling donkey soft yacht rope halters made to fit a donkey not a horse with beautiful outstanding lead lines and a brass snap. Dreams do come true! Helping others is something I love to do. Ensuring the donkey is treated with respect and never abuse is very rewarding. God has given me purpose. 🙂

Most importantly I was able to keep our farm and even grow our farm.  My husband is the reason this gift was given to me. Without my husband in my corner I would have never survived the semi-truck accident. My husband is a gift from GOD. I love my husband Scott so very much he is my best friend and my husband of twenty-five years. Our farm provides us with physical, emotional and mental health.  Our animals give us so very much more than we could ever give them.

2018 we will start selling riding reins. GOD is amazing!

We love all of life and we feel honored and blessed to share our farm and life with you. God gives us intuition and knowledge to make a good or poor decision. We just need to pray and ask for guidance.

Jan 5th 2018 – Feels Nice To Be In The 40’s

Life on the farm has slowed down a little. Soon it will be hay season again but not quite yet. The farm has four seasons. Each season reminds us of how important it is to re-charge.

The farm is a bit wet and muddy at the moment. The robins have returned to the farm this is a good sign as perhaps spring will come early.  The trumpeter swans fly over our farm morning and night what a glorious place to get to live.

The farm is full of Sequim mud at the moment. Wow this mud sticks to everything and it makes a bit of a mess. All the donkeys and horses got out today and enjoyed the sunshine, a run and a roll. I worked hard to make sure each bucket was washed clean and all the stalls were tidy. One of the most important parts of owning equine (donkeys, horses and mules) is keeping the farm clean. All living creatures need clean water.

Living on the farm gives us a great purpose. No time be lazy ever. No matter if we are sick with a cold or worse we must take care of the farm and all the animals living on the farm.

Hubby and I are aging this is all part of life. Living with a physical disability takes a certain mind-set to never give up. Most importantly I pray every day to keep walking and moving. God in Jesus Christ name has provided us with this farm and the miracle of my life. In 2010 I survived an almost fatal car accident while riding as a passenger, I did nothing to deserve this disability and pain. My life has never been the same. I live each day with gratitude and peace. I am working really hard to build our little business the “Donkey Whisperer Farm, LLC”. God has a plan for all of us. We are blessed every day to get to live on our farm in Sequim, WA.

Each time I feel the need to wonder why? I think why not me? Lots of people have worse things happen to them then what happened to me. God takes bad and makes good. God loves his children, our world, our universe and all the people and animals living on it. We must remember to pay it forward each day and never take anything for granted. Each moment is a gift. The car accident only took a few seconds. Seconds in time that I will never understand why? Yet here I am writing to you when I should be dead. Faith is something we cannot see yet. Never give up and trust GOD, pray and stay the course, run your race. Each person has a reason to be here at this exact moment in time.

As I am aging with this physical disability I work hard to keep moving. The body was built to stay in motion, it hurts to walk and move in the cold so I layer and wear lots of extra warm clothing. In extreme cold I must limit the time outside as my body has gigantic screws in the pelvis. If the screws get cold I am in extreme pain. So the key is not to get too cold.

The Mess You’ll Leave Behind

Heroin. Stop the Silence. Speak the Truth.

anthonys-garden

Dear active drug user,

I know you believe it’s your life and you’re only hurting yourself. You’re wrong. I know you believe you’re indestructible, that what you’ve witnessed happen to so many of your friends won’t happen to you. You’re wrong again. Sooner or later it will.

Here’s what will happen after you die.

First, someone will find your body. Maybe you’ll die at home and your Mom will find you and start screaming. Maybe you’ll die in your bedroom; maybe in the basement that your Dad rebuilt so you and your friends would have a place to chill. 911 will be called and first responders will come. Paramedics will cut off your shirt, put the paddles on your chest and try to shock your ass back to life, but it won’t work and one of them will turn to your Mom or Dad and say, “I’m sorry, he’s gone.”

Life Is Easier With God In Jesus Christ Name

Here’s an important truth to remember: we don’t find God; He finds us. It’s as if you traveled to an unfamiliar neighborhood to visit a friend, and the friend got worried when you didn’t arrive and went out searching for you. You didn’t find your friend; your friend found you. Jesus told a number of stories in Luke 15 that illustrate this truth. His words in Luke 19:10 say it best: “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.”
